1. We hereby lifetime guarantee that the description stated on this certificate is definitely certified by Gemologist graduated from G.I.A.
2. We provide free adjusting and reassembly at all times for all purchased product which has never been initially modified by other manufacturers.
3. Customer shall be responsible for all shipping and insurance costs according to No. 2.
4. Exchange of any purchased item, with the same conditions as the time it was purchased, is also allowed. Exchange could be made with the same or higher-valued product while the customer will pay only the price difference all of exchange could be made within 15 days from the purchasing date.
5. Our compliment of free cleaning service and gift wrapping are also provided for all purchased item, if required.
