BANGKOK, June 2 (Xinhua) — Jin Yilin, acting Consul-General at the Chinese Consulate in Thailand’s northern province of Chiang Mai on Monday went to congratulate and thank the Chiang Mai Zoo concerning the recent birth of the female baby panda.
